Mel & Richard's wedding took place in September last year. Their gorgeous day was filled with classic green and white florals with modern pops of rose gold. Here's what they had to say about their wedding at Bachilton Barn!
How did you two meet?
Through work initially but properly on a separate night out which we bumped into each other…
What was it that made you choose Bachilton Barn?
I had been following bachilton on IG for many years and actually booked the venue before we properly got engaged. It was the ideal location being half way between both families and the exact vibe I was going for.
What was important to you when planning your wedding?
That everyone had a fun time and was a bit different to an average wedding.
Tell us about your big day! What was your favourite part?
I should say my favourite part was the ceremony but it was 100% the evening reception and being on the dance floor with all our loved ones. It had been a long time since many of us had been anywhere with music and a dance floor!
What tips and tricks would you give to other couples planning their wedding?
Lists!! Make lists and stick to your schedule. Otherwise it can become extremely overwhelming.
How are you enjoying married life?
